Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
